Charles B Crenshaw Jr. M.S. M.Div.W

Co-founder of Tools for Joyful Living LLC & co-author of EFT for Meditation – Charles is a Certified EFT Practitioner, A Certified National Guild of Hypnotist Consulting Hypnotist and an Trainer of Hypnotists through the Guild. He is a Master NLP practitioner and trainer through the National Federation of Neuro-linguistic Programmers, and he is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). As an ordained interfaith minister Charles brings over 30 years of experience to his work as a practitioner.

 Charles holds a certificate of training for Alcohol & Substance Abuse counseling from the New School for Social Research in New York City. While in New York City, Charles worked on the staff of the Center for Holistic Medicine as a counselor, yoga therapist, Consulting Hypnotist, and biofeedback trainer.

Charles is co-founder of Inner Peace Yoga Center in Indianapolis, a 501 c3 non-profit educational organization. He has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1974, and holds a Master’s degree in Eastern Studies/Comparative Psychology from the University of Scranton. He is author of Pathless Path: God, Grace, Guru – An African American life transformed through yoga and meditation.

Carol E. Crenshaw M.S. M.Ed.

Co-founder of Tools for Joyful Living & co-author of EFT for Meditation – Carol is  the co-founder of Inner Peace Yoga Center in Indianapolis, a non-profit 501 c3 educational organization. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 40 years and holds a Master’s degree in Eastern Studies/Comparative Psychology from the University of Scranton and an Ed.M. from the University of Buffalo. She taught elementary school for ten years in Buffalo, NY.

Carol is certified as a consulting hypnotist, hypnosis trainer, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner, Neurolinguistic (NLP) practitioner, Yoga Therapist (through IAYT), and Touch for Health practitioner.

She studied, practiced, and taught in India while under the tutelage of her master teacher, and has been to India several times to keep deepening her studies. She is an initiator for the Himalayan tradition.

Carol served as a yoga therapist, biofeedback trainer, dietary consultant, and counselor both at the Center for Holistic Medicine in New York City and at the Himalayan Institute headquarters in Honesdale, PA, where she also served as a senior teacher. She has led several weight loss workshops, women’s retreats, and weekend seminars.  She has worked with people for 40 years training them in self-help and transformational techniques and integrates this work into her sessions.

She is available for in-person and online sessions with individuals and groups.
